Youth & Education Advocacy
Laura Wilson has dedicated significant portions of her life to fostering educational environments for youth. Her leadership roles have been instrumental at Friendly Forest Preschool, where she helped shape early childhood experiences, and at Archbishop Carney, where she contributed to the growth of secondary education standards.
Furthermore, her involvement with the 1st Anmore Scouts underscores her commitment to community-based youth development, helping young people build character and practical life skills outside the classroom.
Faith & Parish Leadership
A cornerstone of Laura's service is her extensive work with the Parish Leadership Team. Her deep-rooted faith guides her administrative and community efforts, ensuring a compassionate approach to parish governance.
As a prominent leader within the Catholic Women's League (CWL), she serves as a vital bridge between the organization and the broader community, advocating for social justice and the support of vulnerable populations through the OLGCS mission.
